Province makes changes to regulations around nicotine pouches
They’re small tobacco pouches that pack a big nicotine punch, and right now, there’s very little regulation around them… Now, the Newfoundland and Labrador Alliance is reacting to new changes that will increase the rules on how they’re sold. NTV’s Becky Daley tells us more.
