Judy Foote makes final public address as Lieutenant Governor
Today is Lieutenant Governor Judy Foote’s last day on the job.
Tomorrow, former MHA Joan Marie Aylward will be appointed her successor. Foote made her final public address to the Rotary Club earlier today. NTV’s Ben Cleary reports.
