Ghost fishing gear causing major concerns underwater
Halloween was over a week ago, but along the Southwest Coast, one environmental group is still dealing with ghosts of a different kind. Ghost fishing gear is causing problems for the eco-system under the water. NTV’s Don Bradshaw explains.
