Almost 3,000 bags of garbage collected during annual Outer Ring Road cleanup
Three tandem dump trucks’ worth of garbage was removed from the Outer Ring Road last weekend as part of the province’s annual cleanup.
Crews were collecting debris on Sunday. They found everything from a box spring, a mattress, and even a couch.
