Radiation treatment may not be available as soon as new Corner Brook hospital opens
As the provincial health authority inches closer to the opening of a new acute-care hospital in Corner Brook later this year, that city’s representative in the House of Assembly says radiation therapy will be available on site.
But Gerry Byrne admits that treatment may not be ready to go when the hospital throws open its doors for the first time. NTV’s Don Bradshaw has more in this report.
