Province asks Ottawa for early start of crab fishery to get ahead of possible tariffs
The province has written the federal government requesting an early start to the crab fishery.
It’s just one of a number of ideas floated today at the first in a series of industry meetings forming a plan to tackle the threat of possible tariffs. NTV’s Jodi Cooke has this report
