Federal court judge rules against FFAW on cod moratorium
A federal court judge has ruled against the FFAW’s attempt to suspend Ottawa’s decision to lift the northern cod moratorium.
The union is expressing disappointment, but also looks forward to the matter proceeding to judicial review next year.
