Shelters closing in Happy Valley-Goose Bay
Shelters that were open in Happy Valley-Goose Bay to house evacuees from Labrador City will be closing today.
All congregate shelters will be closing by 12:00 p.m.
The decision to close the shelters follows the lifting of the Labrador City evacuation order on Monday.
