Downtown Pedestrian Mall Opens Today
Today is the first day of summer and the Downtown Pedestrian Mall opens today and will run until September 2.
It will operate daily from noon until 10 p.m. and will include Water Street from Adelaide Street to Prescott Street.
This year the provinces provided a $194,000 grant to support the celebration of the Year of the Arts, the Downtown Pedestrian Mall will be enhanced with a variety of new activities.
