Government and post-secondary campuses closing in St. John’s metro area

With snow in the forecast, government buildings and post-secondary education institutes are closing in the St. John’s metro area. College of the North Atlantic campuses closed at 11 a.m., provincial government closed at noon, and Memorial University campuses closed at 1 p.m.
