Along the west coast, roads are wet. In central Newfoundland and on the Avalon roads are dry. RNC clock driver going 115 km/h in 50 km/h zone

On Wednesday evening the RNC stopped on a speeding vehicle on Topsail Road in Mount Pearl. The driver was clocked travelling 115 km/h through a 50 km/h zone.  The 22-year-old male operator was issued a ticket for excessive speeding, a seven day driving suspension and his vehicle was impounded.
