Roads across the province are bare with a few wet sections on the Avalon and Burin Peninsulas. Marine Atlantic and provincial ferries are operating on time. At the St. John’s International Airport, Air Canada flights 1518 and 1521 to Montreal are cancelled. Flights are on time in Gander and Deer Lake.
