Drizzly, windy conditions arrive for Tuesday and Wednesday
An area of low pressure deepening offshore, combined with a high-pressure center of Labrador, will set up a windy and drizzly pattern over much of the Island for Tuesday and Wednesday. There are some hints of improvement beyond that. All the details are in my latest forecast (above).
