Moderate injuries reported in Mount Pearl assault

A 20-year-old man will appear in court this morning following an assault in Mount Pearl on Tuesday afternoon. When officers responded to the scene, they learned that the driver of a vehicle was assaulted by another family member while operating the car and had suffered moderate injuries. The accused faces a single charge of assault.
