Road closure on Water Street in St. John’s on Saturday
On Saturday there will be a Rolling Barrage PTSD Foundation motorcycle ride memorial service at the National War Memorial in St. John’s. As a result, Water Street from Prescott Street to Cochrane Street will be closed from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The City of St. John’s apologizes for any inconvenience.

The RNC responded to a report of a theft in progress at a commercial business in Galway, St. John’s on Thursday afternoon. When officers arrived, security had detained the suspect. The 50-year-old female was arrested and charged with one count of theft. She was released to appear in court at a later date.
