Impaired driver arrested in CBS after off-duty police officer reports vehicle
An off-duty police officer reported a possible impaired driver early this morning. Police located the suspect vehicle in Conception Bay South shortly before 2:30 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop and administered a roadside screening device for alcohol.
