Arbitrator rules against FFAW for last year’s crab protest
An arbitrator has ruled the FFAW breached the collective agreement during last year’s tie-up by harvesters in protest of crab prices. Damages are owed to the Association of Seafood Producers, which will be determined at another arbitration.

Funding announced aimed at protecting infrastructure from extreme weather events
