Returning home ‘bittersweet’ for many Conception Bay North residents
Some residents in Conception Bay North have returned to their homes for the first time in over two weeks. That’s after evacuation orders were lifted for Salmon Cove, Burnt Point, Gull Island and parts of Northern Bay.
