No injuries following two-vehicle collision at east-end restaurant
A two-vehicle collision Sunday night at the entrance to the parking lot of an east-end restaurant resulted in significant damage to both vehicles, but no injuries.
The collision occurred on Newfoundland Drive at about 10:40 p.m., at the entrance to the McDonald’s parking lot. Both vehicles involved in the collision sustained considerable damage, with each coming to rest on the sidewalk and nearby lawn. The occupants of the cars were checked at the scene, but were reportedly uninjured.
