Department of Transportation and Infrastructure planning to replace Deer Lake Tailrace Bridge
The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is proposing to replace an aged and deteriorated bridge on the Humber Canal in Deer Lake.
The bridge is located at the power station outlet over the tailrace on the Trans-Canada Highway.
The project would include demolition and removal of the existing bridge and the construction of a new bridge.
The deadline for public comment is June 27.
