Students rally for tuition freeze as MUN budget presented to Board of Regents
Memorial University’s budget was presented to the Board of Regents at its may meeting this morning. As NTV’s Beth Penney tells us, students rallied at the Signal Hill Campus, calling for a tuition freeze.
