New CEO of NL Health Services promises more transparency
The new CEO of Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services is promising to make the province’s health authority more transparent.
Dr. Pat Parfrey held his first media briefing today since he was appointed to the role, and he set out his objectives to fix a health care system that many have said is in crisis.
