Premier Furey says Trump’s tariffs would damage N.L. economy, calls for meeting with Trudeau
Premier Andrew Furey has joined premiers across the country in the call for an emergency meeting with the Prime Minister to address proposed tariffs in the United States.
As the third largest oil producing province, Furey says a 25 percent tariff will be ‘devastating’ to Newfoundland and Labrador.
