Howell to Announce Early Learning and Child Care Initiative
Minister of Education Krista Lynn Howell will announce an early learning and child care initiative and provide an update on space creation efforts today.
Howell will be joined by Minister Gudie Hutchings.
The event will take place at the in-development YMCA Child Care site in St. John’s at 11:00 a.m.
