Driver caught owing over $16,000 in outstanding fines
Monday afternoon the RNC conducted a traffic stop in the west end of St. John’s.
Police discovered that the 41-year-old driver was operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license, without a valid insurance policy, and operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration.
In addition, the driver had over $16,000 owing in outstanding fines, and was issued several summary offence tickets and his vehicle was impounded.
