Police charge 19-year-old with mischief in Mount Pearl

At 4:49 a.m. this morning, RNC Patrol officers attended a residence in the City of Mount Pearl for a report of property damage in progress. Responding officers located and arrested a 19-year-old male. He was charged with mischief. The male was released to appear in Provincial Court at a later date.

Cruise Ship Norwegian Star arrives in St. John’s tomorrow

The Norwegian Star Cruise ship is expected to arrive in St. John’s tomorrow. The ship, with 3000 passengers, is scheduled to arrive at 9:00 a.m. and depart at 7:00 p.m. Parking is limited on Harbour Drive during cruise ship visits to accommodate tour operators and other passenger transportation.
