Mayor welcomes Labrador City residents home as evacuation order ends

As of today, the evacuation order for all residents of Labrador City has now been lifted. The open fire ban was also lifted this weekend for the island, but it still remains in effect for Labrador.  NTV’s Beth Penney reports.
