Gas drops over 7 cents and all other fuels down too

Overnight the Public Utilities Board decreased the price of gasoline by 7.1 cents per litre. Diesel is down by 7.1 cents. Furnace and stove oil fell by 3.66 cents. Propane heating fuel dropped by 0.2 cents. The next regularly scheduled price adjustment is on Thursday, May 16.

Missing men in Happy Valley-Goose Bay located

Police have received information from the public accounting for the location of two missing men. Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP had been looking for 60-year-old Scott Diamond and 61-year-old Herman McLean. Both men were last seen Sunday, May 5, traveling together in a red Chevrolet Equinox, but they have since been accounted for.
