RNC seize two vehicles in metro area

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary took two vehicles off the roads on Wednesday. The driver of one vehicle had no licence expired registration and no insurance, they also owed $1100 in fines. The vehicle was seized. The second vehicle was seized when the driver was found driving without a valid insurance policy.
